Petco

A guy grabbed his dog by the neck and threw it against the wall then picked it up by the neck and payed for his stuff then left I called the police they said they can't do anything because petco said they don't want to press charges! I called petco and they lied and said they don't have his name and I said he used his credit card and she lied and said he used cash, I said u r lying my sister was behind him and she seen him use his card and then she stuttered and said yea yea but we only have the last 4 digits of his card, and I said yea right, and even if that was all u had u could give that to the cops and they can easily get his name and address, plus they have it on there security camera so there is proof of what he did! They chose not to press charges! Why are they protecting an animal abuser????? Lying for him even! I called corporate and am waiting for a call from them! Please call west mifflin petco and tell them you won't shop at a store that protects animal abusers! I called the news channel 4 and the reporter couldn't believe it, she said she will definetley be calling them and investigating this and will call me back! I pray petco is forced by customers to press charges against this animal abuser! That poor dog! If he did this at the store in front of people what does he do at home????? Please call, fight for this animal who had no voice and can not fight!
