I usually do not have any problems with this store. However, my last experience here made me question some of the employees. I recently bought an easy walk harness from them. The lady put it on my dog and it started working instantly. When i got home i decided to read the inside pamphlet and it showed "correct" and "incorrect" pictures of how the harness looks on the dog. No matter how i adjusted it, it always looked like the "incorrect" way so i went back to see if they could help make it look right. One employee had no idea how to fit my dog for the harness. We tried the bigger size to see if that would be better and he had to ask ME how to put it on. We then decided the bigger size was not going to work so while I was putting on the old harness, he went to look at other harnesses. I told him the ones he was looking at were just the basic harnesses that would not work for my dog (ive tried them before) which is why i was going with the easy walk. He still continued looking at them and after about 5min he said if i needed anything else just ask. As an employee, the #1 rule is to help the customers not walk away from them. So i went to the front and asked 2 other employees if they knew about the harness and they both had no idea. However, one of them did try helping more than the others and we came to find out that this harness i purchased, that was put on by an employee who said she uses it for her own dogs, was actually put on upside down. Long story short, these employees need to know about the products they sell. It doesnt look good for the business when none of them know anything about them.
