        PetSmart went above and beyond any expectations of them to help my cat and I when we were evacuated due to Canyon Fire 2. I went into the PetSmart Savi Ranch and asked them if they had a place where I could let my cat play for a little while and possibly use her litter box. She had been in her carrier in my truck for at least 4 hours by then. They let my cat play in a big doggie play area. They even set up a litter box for her and gave her food & water. A HUGE Thank you to PetSmart Savi Ranch for being so kind, helpful and generous during my time of need. I can not thank you enough for everything you did for my cat and I and also for the help I received finding products for my cat. Thanks again PetSmart Savi Ranch! You guys are AWESOME!

        Disappointing

        I was really disappointed to find out they won't allow put bulls and mixed breeds in their facilities. And this store is old and dirty
