K1 Speed

It's seems to be a great place to race and have family fun, so my family and I decided to go. I Enyoyed a lot with my kids, but I've waited for almost hour and half to race due to a birthday's parties reservations (totally understandable by assisting this place on weekends). The staff were amazing with my kids during that saturday night at that facility. They need to improve in having more people over the pits, to short staff but with amazing results. Thanks for that amazing night.

As a mom, I'm very a reviews person, but sometimes, reviews on the internet are nothing comparing to this experienced. I went there with my son on a friday night, the place was crowed due to a car show outside, so my waiting was up to 1 hour for my son to race. When my kid was called, they briefed him but my son was nervous and start to cried when was already seated and leaving the pit on his kart. The supervisor ( A guy with a weird name starting with T, beard man, looks rude but he doesn't) came to me and told me about my son problem, and after some minutes trying to put my son into the race, when for me was almost a wasted money because my son was crying and deciding not to race, this guy told my son that he will be running next to him until he feels comfortable. He did it, and for me that was unbelievable. I thanks personally this guy and congratulated him about it because he and his peers made my son's night.

Disaster-mysterious computer system keeps you guessing when it's your turn. Just takes one mistake by one of the "staff" (trying to be kind). And you are waiting for hours and watching people who came in 30 mins after race before you. Pathetic
