I saw a few negative reviews and I can only imagine that they were from a long time ago. My wife and I use saltysupply.com pretty regularly, and I've only had good experiences.

This is the worst online company I have purchased from. They sent me the wrong parts for the protein skimmer I ordered for my wife's Christmas present and they will not answer the phone or respond to emails. I have called around 10 times on different days and times and no answer or option to hold for a representative. I have sent 4 emails describing my problem and no replies. The item shipped from Louisiana and the company is in Florida. I have no idea where to return it and the site says no returns without an RMA. I have worked in tech support and customer service, I understand things get busy, but this is just poor service. I would not be opposed to waiting 20-30 minutes if it meant I got to talk to someone to rectify my issue but all it says is leave a message or email the website. Not recommended.

That took my money and NEVER sent product. Kept my money too. My advice would be DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Unless you want to loose your money

Its nice to have a high end store in town with reasonable prices. can't wait for the livestock.
