Williams Gun Sight Company

The gun smiths at this place and don't have a clue what they're doing. I called about having a pair of sites that I owned put on a gun that I owned and they said they would work bring them in. After I brought the slide with the sites in they said it would be a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to put the sights on. After about a 1/2 hour they paged me to tell me that they couldn't put the sights on. I asked them why didn't they tell me when I 1st got there and they didn't have a reason. Do not recommend going here at all. Plus they are very overpriced.

First visit to Willams, went to buy a rifle and join a shooting leaque. V ery disapointed with there service and knowledge. Left disappointed will not be returning. I would recommend Gander Mountain or any shop over this place.

I will not be giving Williams my business any longer. They don't know what they are doing. I ordered a gun through Williams, the gun has a folding stock. Right before buying the gun, they measured it with a tape measure. Which is the WRONG way to do it, they should have went off of manufacture specs. Long story short they would not sell me a gun that I'm LEGALLY able to buy because of their ignorance. In the end I would rather go out of my way to go to a different gun shop and a different gun range then to give Williams my business. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Awesome shop with some of the best firearms prices in Michigan. I got my carbine that I use in 3 gun there $300 less than the best price I saw on line. They installed the ghost ring firesights on my 870 quickly while I waited. I know they can get busy so I don't shop on weekends. When I am there during the week I have always been helped and all of my questions answered honestly and professionally.

Horrible customer service, their product terrible, They won't sell guns to california's that are on the approved list, I'll never do business with them again, I now use Buds gun shop

every time I have been here i have been treated very poorly. when i was looking at handguns the salesmen was going between me and several other people so i couldn't ask him any questions. From my experience there gun smithing is terrible too. I asked them to do a simple grip safety change on one of my guns and they messed it up. they will not get any more of my business and i tell everyone i know to stay away from this place.

lady on the phone was very rude. I have been going there for over 10 years spent thousands there. And I will not go back to a place that would let there employee talk to there customers like she talked to me I will spend my money where I will get treated fairly customer should be #1

I have been going to Williams for years, they have great customer service, it does take some waiting sometimes because of the number of customers some days but they are very good about answering any and all questions. I have bought a few pistols and a couple of rifles from them and never had a problem. Their ranges are good (not great), but the price reflects that also.

way way understaffed, no one wants to help you. When you do get a salesman he is going between you and 3 other people. They were EXTREMLY rude to me being a female!!! will never go there again!!! ruined the whole experience of purchasing a new pistol!!!
