PetSmart

I was turned down for giving my dog a bath because she wanted to sit. I had to wait for this appointment almost a week. I dropped her off and was going to make some big purchases of dog food etc, when the girl came out and said "I don't feel comfortable grooming your dog" and I ask why "because she wants to sit"?. Oh boy, what lazy people and PetSmart should be ashamed to hire people like this. She rolled her eyes a few times talking...should have gave me a clue. Don't take your dogs here. I gave my dog a bath myself...and was humiliated. Don't take your dog's there.

Kelly F. is a fantastic groomer! She was very friendly and made sure that me and my puppy's need were met. And she exceeded all my expectations. I am recommending her to all my family and friends.
