Petco

Customer service is horrible not only in the store but the salon is unreal, no one seems to know what they are doing. For the last couple appointments both my dogs smell, nails are NOT trimmed and seem scared to death. I won't be coming back, I don't know what happened recently but I will not refer my friends and family any longer. Everyone is talking with each other as if they don't even care about the job they are suppose to do. I actually came early to hide and watch, I was disgusted. When did petco stop caring about the feelings of pets? I am spreading the word! DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!
