        Poor customer service

        I went into Petco to buy shampoo for my dog who'd just been sprayed by a skunk. It was 8:20 am so the store wasn't open yet BUT THE GROOMER'S WAS so I told the groomer all the other things I'd done so far and could she think of anything else I could do? "uh, no". "Okay, it really still smells terrible, could I buy some skunk shampoo?" "uh, the store's closed" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? How about, "I know, I'll go in and get the shampoo and you can pay me?" CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE I know about 10 teenagers who need jobs and would love to work here! Management needs to teach their employees HOW to think, please.

        The Worst

        I bought 3 Goldfin Platies and a Angelfish For My 20 gallon when I put them in every thing was okey. The next day one was dieing and one had Funges growing on it so I returned it. I got 2 guppies and brought them home. the next day one was dead because the angelfish killed!! The problem is that The employies now nothing about there stuff. We didnt bother to get the money back on the guppies and hop they go out of Buisinuss.
