Archery Country

When I was shopping for bows I got the feeling they only wanted to show me the best selling bow at that time.... which goes against all wisdom of shoot 25-100 bows and find what works for you. Anyway, turned out that the bow I had decided on (which I was not offered a chance to shoot at their sells pitch, nor was I aware of the bow at the time) I was informed they were the only shop in 500 miles that might have it (online was sold out). Well somewhat fortunate for me they had it, and I only had to drive 40 miles. BUT the service after the sale is simply not worth it. So many other shops offer services like crazy; shoot Whitcomb's has helped me more and I haven't bought a thing from them. Anyway, lesson learned, if you're new to bowhunting go to a shop that offers GOOD services... even if it means getting your second choice bow.
