I made an appt. for my 9 mo old Pom so she could just get use to a saloon setting. Just a quick tidy trim for pictures. When I got there the women asked how I wanted her done. I slowly & clearly said that "I only wanted a "slightly" "slightly" TRIM - I don't want any of her color orange off. Didn't want her top coat cut off down to her undercoat". I wanted her to keep the "fox" like look." Her feet, behind & nails are the main items to trim". This women never looked me in the eyes once - & just kept saying "un huh, un huh". Instead, when I picked her up she only had about a 1/4 inch of undercoat - which is white. Her face is shaved round like an owl. Before I saw her you have to pay outside in the store first. So another women not the one who clipped her just dumped her in my arms. I said "Oh my goodness she cut way too much off - all her color Is gone". And she laughed & said "Oh Really?" & just walked out the door to the store & left me standing. Zero Rating
