Petco

I called the Petco in Viera and explained that I had a Maltese that had been confined for the first three years of his life. I asked if he could be groomed from start to finish without being put in a crate or kennel. I was told they could do it for an additional $20.00. I was told they could take him a week and a half later at 8:00 am. No one arrived until 8:05. Upon entering I verified with the groomer that he would be done without being in a cage. I was told "No" we don't do it that way. I asked if Michelle was there as she was the one that gave me the info. I was told she was not there. I explained that Michelle told me they could do him this morning, I was told "she lied". Needless to say I did not have my dog groomed there.
