Aquarium Paradise

We have purchased fish and supplies from this Aquarium Paradise for many years. They are very knowledgeable and we never bring home sick fish. Some other fish stores have given a free gift of ick for our tank. Strongly recommend Aquarium Paradise for purchasing fish or finding out how to set up your tank or which fish will or will not co-habitat together.

Almost every fish we have purchased here has died, very disappointing! Most of them were cheaper less expensive fish, but I purchased a gold headed goby from here that died within two days. I informed the staff of what was happening and they told me that they will not guarantee the life of the fish, unless the fish is held in their store after purchase. I was also told that it was probably our water levels or other fish in the tank that caused them to die, but I had the store test our water prior to purchase. I also tested the water levels every day and had 2 different fish stores test the water as well, each time with the water coming back within normal ranges. Poor customer service, poor fish quality, and high prices will have me avoid this store for anything but water, and I recommend the same for anyone who is starting out with a saltwater aquarium.

These guys really know what they are doing. I had never been to this store before, i walked in just to look and ended up buying some fish. I will be going back over and over again.

Last month i started to put together a reef aquarium. The staff at Aquarium Paradise have been great to work with. They give you all the time you need when helping you. No question seems to be to small to ask them. Their knowledge and standers are very high. I know with their help my reef tank will be everything we ever wanted.
