        This buisness was not very professional when it comes to customers who (after the sale was complete) had and needed information dealing with the purchase of a sick animal.It doesnt matter how long a buisness has been in (buisness ) there needs to be some sort of after the sale compassion, and they know what i am talking about. Be careful when dealing with this place once they get youre money, QUOTE, ITS YOURE DOG YOU DEAL WITH IT..

        The employe's are kind and kno...

        The employe's are kind and know there bussness,they know about the things they sell and can ansewer questions,if not sure they won't just give and ansewer,they will go check wiyh one of the other employes to make sure they are telling you right,I know one male employ that has worked in the pet bussness for at least 40 yr's and has a lot of knowledge !!!.I have bought pet food,bought birds,fish with great susseces,I have friends that sold them baby birds and puppies. I would recomend them to every one

        This Web Site Is NOT good.

        This draws no ones attention. the web site gives lima a horrible name a 3 year old could do better. YOU GUTS CAN DO MUCH BETTER..

        My family bought a dog from Dot's and they gave us advise on how to take care of her. Our new puppy was sick after a week or two so they sent us a genourous check and was sincerely sorry. Almost % years later and we still by toys and other supplies for our dog who is in her mind still a puppy. We also bought a fish from there and they gave us advise and feeding and caring suggestions right away. They helped us find the right food and bowl for her. They also gave us information about the breed. Dot's pet food center is an amazing place to buy all kinds of animals and supplies for them. They the cutest dogs cats birds bunnies gunniea pigs mice gerbils spiders lizards fish and many more.
