Foster's Exotic Pet Center

I have been a customer of Foster's for years. Buying birds, fish and reptiles. They know this business and that is what I like. Service is great!! Selection is on point!! Staff is very knowledgeable. i bought a bunny may 19 the pet store clerk said she was healthy 8 weeks old i brought her home to her new cage. next morning around 7 am woke up to her covered in diarrhea every where we called the store numerous times no answer. we started calling all vet hospitals in pasco and pinellas counties who would take me, we got her to the vet and the vet tried everything in his power to save her life with fluids, critical care medicine, antibiotics. the vet properly documented her as severly malnourished and, dehydrated, and to young to be sold . she was barely 4 weeks old the vet said weighing not even a pound only 0.90 on the scale . i took her home and give her second dose of medicine but she went downhill and she passed away in my arms while i was trying to comfort her

I love coming to fosters and have never gotten bad service. Sometimes you have to wait for a few minutes and some people are impatient. They always have an excellent selection and will get anything special you are looking for. The store is clean and animals are in good health. As for getting ick in your aquarium at home, that sounds like people not quarantining their fish when they get them home.

I enjoy this Pet Store, it's soft of old fashion.They have a lot of fish and birds.I notice a slight odor and looked around.They display the birds and small reptiles in open cages and that why there's aroma of a pet store !!! I enjoy the owner and his daughter they have knowledge of every item and every pet in the shop.This store has great corn sticks for dogs.It's kinda like a bone only last longer and there's no mess afterwards.Check out this store.
