Went there with my wife to shop for a ccdw for her. They made us both feel welcome and comfortable. The store is Clean and well lit.
Our sales person (Ricky) was helpful and friendly without being high pressure. He listened to both my wife and I to help us find the best options. We wound up buying a revolver and a shotgun for the home. Overall a great experience. Will return
Non-existent customer service. No greeting, just a mumbling, the guy would barely even make eye contact with me to ask to show me anything. I asked if he had a gun in stock and he said no and did not ask to show me anything else. It was weird and creepy. No way to run a business. I'll take my business elsewhere.
They helped me get the right now 4 me and the accessories for it. I bought a bow light and they said 2 buy batteries and it would work. Well I did and it didn't. I took it back and they refunded my money for the light and also for the batteries which was almost 20.00. I will definitely go back there 2 buy archery equipment.
Great prices and friendly service. They have the best selection of used and collector firearms in Lexington for the last few years.
These guys are awesome, gave me lots of great advice as a beginning archer and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

Provided by Superpagesi called to have a power cord string put on my crossbow and carbon express was gonna ship them the string and pay the bill, the guy i talked to was only worried about getting paid more than doing a quality job for me, the customer. i called evans firearms and archery, they said bring it on in we will get it done for ya in time for archery season, dont worry about anything. big difference in customer service. classic arms and archery are only worried about the money. the price at classic arms for putting on a bow string is 30 bucks, evans only was gonna charge me 18 bucks. just a side note. classic arms acted like they really didnt wanna do the job either and was very condesending on the phone, evans firearms was grateful to get the work and assured me it would be done right and that was their number one goal, not money. avoid classic arms and archery their prices are double on almost all their services

Provided by SuperpagesI was there to pick up a semi auto M14. they had a BATF reg to clarify that held me there for an hour while they sorted things out. they were real polite about it and were not very aggressive like most gun shops with ATF related issues. after an hour of so my gun cleared and i was given a box of nice .308 for my troubles.highly recommend.
