Aquatic Obsessions

I must say that if you want to go LOOK at fish, this is an excellent store.They have beautiful specimens and the tanks are pristine, however I found the customer service to be next to nonexistent on several of my visits. I recall going into the store while trying to set up my first saltwater tank. I introduced myself to the staff and told them about my project. After scoffing at the fact that I was using acrylic tank instead of glass, the employee decided to summarily ignore me for the rest of my visit while he cleaned the already pristine tank. I went into the store eager for a place to spend hundreds, perhaps thousands of dollars, but they did not seem interested in my money. Miserable customer service, I took my business to the internet.
