        Came across this gallery on a recent visit to Beaufort - simply the best - surprised to see a high scale establishment in this part of the country. Contained a wide variety of work by both African and low country artist ... Very good collection of Original paintings of the USA President - Specializes in the Verdite Shona Stone carvings - very good collection - museum quality. There is a room dedicated to Robert Small - try to devote aleast 30 minutes to watch the video on Robert Smalls. The owner and his sister were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat in this small sea island community.
