The customer service here was excellent. I have a hard time figuring out what looks good on me and the staff knew exactly what styles looked great on me and fit my personality. I ended up finding and ordering my dream dress here. The staff was wonderful - so fun and attentive. I brought my bridesmaids back as well and we had a blast. We decided to do everything at this store (tuxes, dresses, invitations...) since we have had such a good experience.

I ended up buying my bridal gown from this store and I got a VERY good price; however, I felt a little uncomfortable in the process. Many of the dresses I tried on were snagged or had small stains or were outdated. When I was trying on dresses, one of the sales associates kept opening the door while I was completely unclothed and coming into the room without even knocking. When I was paying for the dress, I felt like she left me "hanging" as she began attending to another person who came in (despite there being several other employees who were available to do that). Finally, when I went to schedule my alterations, I was shoved into a 30-minute slot that was already scheduled for someone else. The sales person explained that the other person who was scheduled in that place was arriving for a second fitting and therefore would "need only 5 minutes." I felt that it was unfair to the other customer for the sales person to make that assumption -- as well as I felt I deserved to be scheduled in my own time slot where it would not be so rushed. Overall, I got a great deal on the dress I bought. But, I'm HUGE on customer service, and I don't think this store really measured up.
