Terrible groomer. I've taken my dog their twice and have been extremely disappointed both times. The staff is incredibly rude and I get the feeling they don't even enjoy being around animals. They did a horrible job with the cut the first time, and the second time they cut my dog in several places and didn't even tell me. I only found out when I saw the dried blood on my dog later. I would never use this groomer again.

I was able to get an appointment eeked in at the last minute and the customer service was great. My pets were adored and groomed with extreme care. I specifically requested nails to be grinded ONLY and paid extra for that service-- and feel my request was honored. My pets were happy when I came to pick them up. They were shiney, soft and very clean! I got a recommendation to check/clean their ears and told that their teeth, paws, skin, coat, etc. appeared healthy. I feel confident knowing that my pets get great care. They had at least 8 groomers onsite that day and the dogs being groomed looked well tended to and professionally clipped. I plan to bring my pets for regular grooming at Petsmart! Costs were in line with what I typically pay in my area and even less expensive and easier to schedule than the local mobile grooming service!

Horrible! Do not leave your dog with them!

I took my dog for a simple grooming & it was a Nightmare! He was mistreated & the groomer simply ignored me when I tried to discuss it with her. When I dropped him off I stayed in the store to shop so I was shocked when I came back & found him tied up in the corner with a muzzle on. The groomer said he was wild, out of control, & tried to bite her so she just left him in the corner for 45min., she didn't even bother to call me over the intercom. My dog has never bitten anyone & has been to many groomers including petsmart before this incident & not one ever had a problem with him. I don't know what she did to my dog because when I picked him he was wimpering in the corner not viciously trying to attack Her!

Im very apologetic for your experience with the grooming salon and staff. Did you talk to a store manager by any chance? This should of been addressed to the store manager. As a bather, I have been thoroughly trained in the grooming salon. If you left the grooming salon to go and shop for about an hour, you can't fully attest to the fact that your dog had been muzzled for 45 minutes.. we are only allowed by law and policy to muzzle a stressed dog for 20 minutes TOTAL. This means if we take off the muzzle for ten minutes after having it on for ten minutes, we can only put it back on for another 10 minutes. That is why I ask if you went to a store manager because that is unacceptable. Secondly, I have had to page customers back to the grooming salon after doing a nail trim on their pet and they can't always hear the page. They get side tracked and very involved with researching and shopping the different products in the store and don't pay attention to the intercom. This could have been a situation in your case. As far as the girl claiming that your dog was wild and out of control, it does happpen. We get dogs all of the time, probably at least once a day, every day of the week that freak out and do become very stressed out and in that case end up biting or attempting to bite as a sign of fear. All kinds of animals have bad days like we humans do. They can be more grumpy and aggitated on certain days compared to others. I am sorry you had such an aweful experience, but I would hope you would give it another shot and possibly have a different groomer work on your dog. Dogs have a very good sense for fear in other people and if your dog could sense that the associate was even a little bit frightened to work on it, your dog could of easily attacked or become stressed itself. We turn away pets for theirs and our safety, not because we don't want to work on them. At least in my case it is like that. I would only ever turn away a dog if I knew it was putting the dog's health in jeapordy or my health in jeapordy. I hope you have a more positive experience in the future for both you and your pet wherever you may bring him.

Can count on them

They have the latest products on the shelves and have a really friendly staff of people working for them. My favorite thing to do is go in on the days they have the adopt a pet and play with all the kitties. They teach things like how to trim the claws of your pet. The best thing is they allow local animal shelters to come in and try to find homes for the animals as an alternative to putting them down.
