        I had a very traumatic experience with grooming & they cut my dog on his foot & was not told & when walking to pay blood was all over me & my dog & dripping on store floor! The vet there took care of him but took him 2 times of taking him in the back of the vet office to get bleeding stopped! The manager or groomer never apologized or even spoke to me! Only the cashier & the veteran there helped me & was very caring. I will never take him back there & I even have stained blood on my clothes that will not come out! I am still so shocked & feel they do not need to be doing pet grooming! When I got home I also found he was cut on his belly also!

        I take my springer spaniel to Pet Smart to be groomed once a week and they have always done a wonderful job. I would not consider taking him anywhere else.

        Paid $40.00 dollars for a horrible grooming job! Dont go there to get your dog groomed might as well pay extra and go somewhere else.
