Trident Pets

I purchased over 130.00 dollars worth product and livestock. The service was great buy the flame angel that I bought died in less than 48 hours. All other livestock is doing great. I called and spoke with the owner and he said there's nothing he can do for me, not even store credit. I drove an hour to get to his store and spent my hard earned money and he can't help me at all. Very poor business and they lost a customer for life. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Its not about how nice the fish and coral are its about how your taken care of if a problem arises and tridentpets failed horribly. In my 6 years in this hobby I've never lost a fish that quickly. Two great stores I'd recommend is fishy buisness in merrit island and living reef in orlando. Sorry trident pets, you lost a great customer due to your customer service.

This is the best saltwater shop around. They are the nicest guys and always helpful!!!! We even ran into an emergency on a holiday. We had seen one of the owners just pulling up to the shop and he said he was closed but still continued to ask what we needed. We told him our emergency and he helped us out on his day off. Not to many business owners like this around anymore!!!!! -Paul and Darlene
