Do not use the PetCareRx website. The website is set up to scam the average consumer into signing up for their Petplus plan. This has happened to me 3 times. After adding medication to the cart by selecting the standard price (not the Petplus price), medication is added under the Petplus price. This allows Petplus to charge your credit card for their membership fees ($95). Even when you catch the scam and change the price in the cart back to the standard price, your order is processed with the standard price and then your credit card is charged the membership fee anyway. Nowhere on my order confirmation does it state that I have signed up for the Petplus plan, even though they are charging my credit card. After calling for the third time to cancel the membership I was told that I should just call in orders to avoid that problem (indicating that PetCareRx​ is aware of the problem but is not doing anything to solve it). In addition the refund takes up to a month. Luckily my wife is vigilant with checking our statements and caught the scam the first time and we have been checking every time we order. This scam has happened for the last 3 orders we have placed. At first I thought we made an error in ordering but now I realize this is not the case. How many other people haven't noticed and been charged for something they did not order and did not want!?!?! PetCareRX needs to fix their website and be more transparent with their business practices.
