I love this store, and I wanted to say that these guys are Def NOT crooks. If you had taken the time to read their Terms of Agreement, you would know that they do not offer exchanges or money back on fish. Research what your buying and don't be a tool.

these guys are crooks i bought a Huma Huma Trigger and it was too agressive, kept biting my baby sharks eyes. i called and ask for an exchange an they pretty much said too bad. looks like i wasted 50$ but i won't ever go thare again an i suggest u don't either cause if you have any problems with your fish or corals they could care less. horrible customer service!

Love the store atmosphere. Beautiful aquariums. However, I purchased replacement bulbs for my Current Aquapod, just a year old, they recommend replacing bulbs after a year. New to salt water, been keeping fresh water fish for many years. The replacement bulbs I bought looked worn, but I figured, this is a reputable place. Bulbs purchased January 22nd. Did not put bulbs in until the end of February because the year was not up until March 1rst. Almost immediately noticed dark spots on the bulbs. Called the store. Was told that this is normal. However, old bulbs are clear as a bell. As of today, the full daylight bulb is burned out. Put old bulb back in, works fine. Called the store. Was told that the would not take bulbs back. Its been two months, they said. Really from the purchase date to the date of the blown bulb was barely six weeks. Was told that Current bulbs are the cheapest ones out there. So why did you sell them to me? Bottom line: out $54.35.
