Ambush Adventures

The owner needs to get with the people running this place and have them clean up the change area. No lighting, fan barely hanging from the ceiling, junk all over the floor. Instead of standing around at the counter, they could at least be productive. Life jackets smelled terrible. All the staff did was have us sign a sheet a paper. Didnt explain what it was for. After some prodding found out it was liablility issue for the ride. Not a very well run place.

I would never rent from them again. We called and made a reservation for a 2 day trip, but they gave our kayaks away on the 2nd day because a bigger group booked with them. There was no phone call or anything and we drove a LONG way! In addition, my mom had an accident. She broke her shoulder and when we got back to the landing, no one from Ambush would help her. She was so hurt she couldn't even get up. They just loaded the kayaks, even though we were asking for help. Please avoid this place if you can.
