Naked Cow is a small Family dairy farm in Waianae Hawaii and the only one on Oahu. Unable to compete with mainland milk production, we began to create Gourmet Butters and Artisan Cheeses to add value to our milk. To be sustainable we depend only on local feed, grass , sugar cane molasses, pineapple, Kiawe beans, Macadamia and Kakui nut by-products to name a few. Reducing our Carbon Hoof-Print. You will also find that Naked Cow is on the menu, of several Restaurants dedicated to using LOCAL products. Please support the use of locally grown products.
