Mark's Ark

I got 2 female sister rats there 4 months ago. They're so happy, and healthy, and SPOILED! Nice store. The animals are in a clean cages and are very active.

Use this pet store all the time, the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help you as soon as you need it.

I am so Happy to have found my " lost Ark"!!
For the past 4 years I traveled to a Parrot shop in Deerfield to have my beloved Parrot groomed and purchased his food, treats, toys, many elements.
Many times I felt hurried by staff and unrecognized although I patronized this shop every 4-5 weeks on average.
Thier True colors were displayed to me just last week as it was transparent they ONLY care about the bottom line: $.
The prices are exceedingly high in this Deerfield shop and they are Unfriendly as they hurry to cash you out, scanning with Greedy eyes as to Who amongst us will put down the Big money for the large Parrots they sell, Oversell.
I was pleased to see that Mark's Large selection of products and supplies for our fur and feathers!
The prices are very Resonable����
The groomer, Jessica established a bonding with my Green Cheek immediately !
I have NEVER seen him so Content after a nail clipping Ever as he was with her!

i bought a fish from them that died in less then one day. my tank is 225 gallons and i rarely lose a fish. this one was obviously sick when i got it. i wrote twice and they ignored my letters. i came in to the store and they resused to do anything. so i am down $70 for a fish that probably cost them $20. i used to buy all my food from them. never again will i go into this store.

I went to Mark's Ark on Saturday to get my birds wings clipped. They did it with no problem, and low price to. They are really good. I approve them. Thank you.

I've been shooping at Mark's Ark for 5 years and have found they have the best combination of service and selection of animals and supplies.It's almost impossible these days to get personal service and correct advice for my animals.last christmas we bought a turtle and supplies for our son.the turtle died after 10 days.The manager replaced the turtle and appoligized saying"sometimes we sell an animal that looks fine but is not".Just the truth,no excusses,thats a refreshing change. The prices are good also,I stopped at a large chain retailer to get filter cartridges and when I got home I looked at the same product I bought from marks ark and it was less! I hope they stay around.

Marks Ark has wonderful staff and a great manager. The empolyees never hesitates to ask if you need any help with what you are looking for. Every time i have come into the store i have always been satisfied...i've even had the owner of the store help me with setting up my saltwater fish tank, and it is still running beautiful with all of the help form Mark,(the owner) and the rest of the staff. i would highly reccomend this place to anyone!
