PetSmart

I usually get fish supplies and from this store and have always been treated with respect. The staff are helpful and professional. Sometimes they make suggestions that are not ideal to new fish owners but it's a common mistake made by people who aren't part of the hobby.

Management at this store is horrible! For instance, I gave my daughter several coupons for some free cans of cat food as she is living on a fixed budget working minimal wage. With this particular coupon one was allowed two prints per computer. But, if one has access to multiple computers you can print two more coupons from each additional computer that you can access (something I learned from watching episodes of extreme couponing). However, when my daughter tried to use the coupons I sent her at the Petsmart in Woodinville they accused her of trying to pull a scam by saying she used a copy machine to produce the coupons. For years I've been a loyal customer of Petsmart and have been purchasing high end cat and dog food from them. Easily, I spend well over $200 a month at Petsmart. However, because of my daughter's recent experience there and the horrible way they treated her, I will now purchase all of my future pet needs strictly from Petco. To borrow an expression from the movie Pretty Woman this was a "BIG MISTAKE....Huge!"

Very nice staff, and very helpful. I notice they tend to recommend the higher priced stuff, so use your own discretion. Nice variety of products.

I don't like being referred to as a" Pet Parent", especially just buying goldfish. Yikes. .

We had a great experience with this petshotel.. They friendly and very caring about our dog.. Left him for the weekend, he had a good time.. We felt very safe with leaving our lovely dog here and will again!!

I have a nine month old goldie. We have had him since he was 8 weeks old and had started training at 12 weeks. He is a well behaved puppy and with the brightest and happiest of spirits. I left him there for 7 nights. When I returned to pick him up, I saw a trainer leading a cowering dog out of the back. Which I hadn't thought much of, at first. Then it was my puppy's turn to be lead out from the back... He was cowering, had his trail inbetween his legs and was very nervous. This upset me greatly. Then I noticed that he had two huge scratches on his face and strange missing hair patches over the front and back legs. Needless to say, I was VERY concerned! What is happening in there to our dogs?! I was outraged that no one ever called to say that he was injured, and when I confronted the manager, it was said it was due to new staff and improper training. Which I completely believe! I will NEVER take my puppy back there! I have taken him to Paradise Pet's Lodge, in Woodinville, before and he came back the same happy puppy as he came in, so I will be sure to have him go there from now on.
