Chuck's Gun & Pawn Shop

We have recently purchased a green egg and a new gun from Chuck's. Everyone we dealt with were so friendly and knowledgeable. They did NOT try to sell something I didn't want and I really appreciated it. They have my business from now on.

Dealt with this business back in 1980's when it was blackwater. They were asssholes then, and still are.

I have been buying guns from Chuck's Guns since 1987, and recently bought two more. I have always felt like I paid a fair price, and got a good deal.

Great place with great staff. Bought my M4 from them for a great price. I have also bought flash lights, and two other weapons from them. They have always been very helpful and spent lots of time talking and showing me my options. Top notch people!

Sold me a used gun that jammed a lot then said it was a "new" gun (lied straight to my face!) and screwed me out of 150 bucks for a trade in. They aren't the only fish in the sea and I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I have tried unsuccesfully on several occassions to do business with Chuck's lately. Even wanting to purchase a rifle that I could see behind the counter. All I needed was someone to show it to me and most likely do the paperwork and it was a done deal. And after standing at the gun counter for 17 minutes without getting so much as a "be right with you sir" I left. Went to the Sports Center the very next day and bought the exact same rifle. Been there 3 more times since then with about the same amount of customer service. The last and final straw was them telling my wife they were out of a certain type of ammunition without looking or even blinking an eye. Fortunately she knows her firearms and pointed them out to the man behind the counter. He reluctantly handed her one box and acted like she had just cussed him out when she asked for 2.Needless to say, NO MORE Chuck's for me!

I've been doing business with Chuck's for over 22 years. These people know how to take care of the customer. Randy in the gun department is great, as are the other guys. Chip is co-owner and a terrific guy to work with. Bought several firearms and a safe over the years, as well as ammo, etc.

We have found them to be fair and honest, knowledgeable, and they strive to take care of their customers. Unlike in the big, impersonal chain stores, we see the same faces when we go into Chuck's, and they remember us. All of the guys are friendly and helpful, and if one of them doesn't know the answer to a question, he will take the time to either ask a co-worker, or do the research to find the answer. Chuck's understands the concept of customer service, and that word of mouth can make or break a business. They stand behind the products they sell and continue to take care of customers after the sale.

Chuck's is a great store with competitive prices and a super selection; Highly recommended.

Just bought my first pistol from them. the guns in the gun depo are very friendly and helpful but wont bug you like some places might, which i prefer. they made the purchase seemless and easy and had everything i wanted there for good prices.

I have read some of the reviews on Yahoo. The Good and Bad. My dealings with Chuck's has been excellent. I have bought 4 hand guns from them, dealing with Buddy, who works in the Gun dept and Randy in receiving. Both are very helpful and professional. Buddy is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, Randy is on top of your special orders and contacts you in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and will do more business with them in the future.
