We offer the best-kept secret in Sandy – our MultiPurpose Room. In here is the finest equipment for all your aerobics and workout needs like BOSU balls, foam rollers, and more. Most of our classes such as Zumba, Yoga, HIGH, and Kickboxing take place in this fantastic open space floor plan. With 2560 square feet of wood floors, it’s perfect for hosting over 35 classes a week. Our certified instructors will provide the best fitness experience. Friday nights the room transforms into a dojo for Karate classes. Have a workout routine you need your own space for? Come in when the room isn’t reserved and it’s all yours. Have privacy, room, and the equipment at your disposal. Our Licensed facility offers multiple children’s programs. Before and After School Care, Preschool Classes, and Summer Camps for ages 3-15!
