        NOT GUILTY AS CHARGED

        This hotel charged our credit card a smoking fee when WE DID NOT SMOKE in the room. We were not notified of this charge and only discovered it AFTER we got our credit card bill. They had NO basis for this charge except for a maid said the room smelled like smoke.
