Fin Fur & Feather

I took my dog in to be groomed today. When I dropped her off, I explained to the groomer that I wanted her to keep as much hair as possible and to shave her tear stains away. When I picked her up, she was COMPLETELY shaved but around her eyes was not at all. I spent $50 for you to bathe and shave her? I could have done that myself. When I asked for an adjustment around her face, the groomer took her out back and when she returned, nothing was changed. Now I am left with a mess to clean. Previously, a woman named Kathy was the groomer and she was fantastic. My dog would come out beautiful with a bow in her hair. This groomer today was Christine. She told me if I wasn't happy not too come back. When I was leaving, the pet shop owner Brenda told me that "I was the type of person who went out to eat and didn't tip" that's your response to a unhappy customer?! Appalling. If I went out to eat, explained to my waitress I wanted chicken and she came back with steak, I'm sure they would rectify the situation instead of insulting the customer. What kind of business is this?! The employees at Fin Fur and Feather are disgusting. The reviews speak for themselves. I explained what I wanted and you did nothing I requested. I can't believe I just spent my hard earned money to be verbally assaulted and have my dog shaved. STAY AWAY. & Brenda, you should be ashamed of yourself. It's called "customer service" you should look up tips on working with the public. How do you expect to keep your place of employment without customers?! This place is a disgrace.
