Best place I have ever taken my pom. It was the first and they seem to love her and their job. the people in the vets office are wonderful very patient with a new mommy and daddy, and through her surgery, took all the time we neeeded to ask questions even silly ones they are great. would go no where else. they always remember her name

this place is the best they have stuff 4 our dog, bunny,and our fishes

The store is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly, they played with our dog the whole time we shopped in the store. We'll be back.

It's the only place I take my scottie to be groomed now - he use to panic when I would take him to his old groomer. When I started coming here, they showed me his paws and how the other groomer had cut his nails way too short - explaining the panicing. They were very patient and worked with him, now he loves going in there and I have a good feeling that he gets very spoiled! Also, the store itself has always given me teh best service - no problem with returns or coupons and has helped me find the best deals for my money several times.

I had a 12:00 appt for my yorkie, dropped him off at 11:35 and was told he would be ready for pick up at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:25, he was just getting bathed and I was told it would be at least another hr. When I asked why he had been there for 5 hrs and still not groomed, I found out the groomer didn't even know he was there. I demanded my dog and my money, and will never go back or recommend.
