PetSmart

The people who work here are so rude. We were trying to buy 3 fish for Me, My Sister and My Youngest Sister (Her birthday was coming up) and while we were trying to purchase them the girls who work there were telling us we needed to buy bigger tanks (which we planned on doing) then they continued to treat us like we were stupid. They asked for our ID which I was the on buying them but my other sister showed them hers and my friend (who wasn't buying one) didn't have her ID so they wouldn't let us get 3. when we told them it was for my sister they told us we were changing our story and we couldn't purchase it. (which is not true) so we felt really disrespected and called the manager who took the employees side because she has already been in there to tell a different story. The manager said she was doing it for the care of the fish, though if you go into their store you will notice half of their fish are dead floating around the small crammed tanks. I will never use PetSmart again.

They have a pretty good selection of food and toys and whatnot for your animals. Not many alternatives in Conway, but you can get alot of the treats and such cheaper across the parking lot in Target- same thing for less.
