The Newport Visual Arts Center includes two visual art galleries, the Coastal Oregon Visual Artist Showcase, a media room, clay studio and two classrooms for community use (art workshops, events, meetings)--all located on the beach and with amazing views from atop the historic Nye Beach neighborhood. Closed on Mondays. Runyan Gallery: Tu-Sun, 11am-6pm.
