        What's worse than one star? I made an appointment for this weekend at 1:30 for my dog to get a bath, grooming, etc. It could take at least 3 hours they say. 4:30 rolls around, so I decide to call to see how it's coming. No answer. Call again...no answer. Finally someone calls me around 5 - to tell me they are sorry, but they have been busy and haven't even STARTED on my dog yet! They can't get to her today, because if they start now it would put them past closing time. But the good news, their schedule is wide open tomorrow - on MONDAY. Great, thanks for that, oh wait, I have a job, that's why I made the appointment on a weekend. And I can't keep them past closing, but it's fine for them to waste my entire day. Apparently making an "appointment" doesn't actually mean anything here. So if you ARE going to take your pet here, I suggest calling every hour to see when/if they actually start on your pet.
