        Horrible. Rude and little knowledge on reptiles. You should know if a python is male or female, not guess. And you should know if its a normal morph or not. The guy was clueless. You sold me a "male" python. Got it home just to see it was a FEmale. No one even knew what it cost and had to make phone calls to find out... Really? Unprofessional. Please do yourselves a favor and get some reptile knowledge.. you could have charged more if you knew it was a female so you really kicked yourself with that one.

        I thought this place has improved greatly since I went a few years ago. Big, clean and bright. A large variety of animals as well and all were friendly and weren't skittish when pet. Very nice store.

        Have been a fan of these brothers for over 20 years, they are in the know when it comes to your pet, fish or pond Love the BTJ. Oh yeah a great place to take your kids and walk around and look at all that the store offers. very kid friendly......... Bob Deacon vangocleaning
