Service

Due to today I will never go back here again, the manager was so extremely rude and impolite. I asked to hold a ferret and he repulsed with are u looking to purchase it and I said I really want one. We walked over to the ferret, he picked it up and placed it on me, he then proceeded to say I will go get a box for it. And I said I'm not buying it at this moment . As any normal human they want to see how the animal would react with them and need time to decide on a big purchase. Which is why I said not at this moment. He then grips the baby ferret off of me. Not takes it off of me but he grips it off of, I thought people who worked their were supposed to be careful and proved with caution when handling them. So thanks to him I will never come back their again and the lady working with him was no better they are both very rude people and need to be fired and I feel bad for the owner because he is a nice man but I believe business will increase if they are removed from this store and reading the other reviews I see people have the same exact opinion as me and as soon as I can get the owner om the phone I will have a mouthful to say about those two.

"False advertisement" guess I should've known better,but I am the customer just figured owner "Joe"would know or at least be honest or fair about situation if he didn't know. I see 3 clearly identical Red terrors,owner labels 1 Cuban cichlid I ask are you certain he shrugs idk,so I say right now they're identical I strongly feel they're all Red Terrors he shrugs again,I ask if color changes and it clearly not "Cuban" can I have a store credit for difference or return fish he says "No you win some you lose some "just don't think it's right Cuban was 55$ Terror was 25$ but there was no Cuban I spend $ sometimes twice a week there just think credit for difference or return on fish is fair option owner says"if you come for red terror and get Cuban for terror price will I bring bring him difference?" Smh! My point is i don't care if it was a whale I only want what I payed for man,didn't come in for that don't get me wrong nice fish but the one next to it was 30$ cheaper.So be careful "Bad Business" any other business or even pet store has a more fair policy than that but I guess when Dad gives you business you can care less about a customer...sad!!

Terrible service for the second and last time!! All the money I spent there to be treated the way I was today is unacceptable and will NOT be tolerated!! Rude, Nasty, Mean people but never again!!! I will gladly do business with their competition any day of the week with smile on my face!

terrible service you do not get what you are told you will recieve when the pet i got from here died 3 months after i got it without the certificate of health that was stated that i was supposed to get not only that i was treated terribly over the phone when i had called to inform them of this happening i was treated with disrespect and insult i will never return to this place again and i will make sure that others do not for the terrible inconvinience that i had to suffer that noone should have to go through and i sure dont want anyone else to but they dont seem to care in the slightest my pet was very well cared for with hours spent daily making anything that i could to make a better quality of life for my wonderful pet that i loved so much and after that to only be treated with malcontent insult and arrogance this place is not worth any pet lovers time so please if youve ever had a pet loss do not go here because they will not care and only make you feel worse about the situation so much for their "number one goal" customer satisfaction

Overall

this is a really sufficient store. it has so many options of exotic animals! so far i have purchased a hedgehog and hermit crabs from here and they are doing great! it is a well maintained store. it seems to me they take very good care of the animals. Looking forward to purchasing a blue tongue skink!

The staff at 88 pet world has an answer to any question you have about any of their animals despite the fact that they have soooo many exotic animals
