I've been taking my dog to get groomed here for 4 years now, and even though my dog HATES baths and nail trimmings, the one time we saw his groomer (Molly) out in the parking lot, he RAN to her, so I know she takes really good care of him! He always looks and smells great after his groomings, too.

I'm finally getting around to writing this review now because today there was another customer who was complaining that her dog had gotten fleas from when it had been groomed here -- TWO WEEKS AGO! Both Molly and Amy, the store manager, were very polite and courteous when dealing with this customer, but seriously, IT'S THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE PET'S VACCINATIONS AND FLEA PREVENTION UP TO DATE. Shaking my head.

I wanted to get a set of fish and plants to replace a deceased Crown-tail, so when I went in, I bought a couple of snails, 2 cat fish and 5 neon tetras. When I got them to the apartment and floated them as needed to balance the water temperature, I notice one tetra was already dead. When I finally released the others, of course they made for the hiding places until they settled down. The next day I noticed everything was okay, the new family was eating very good, tetras bouncing around in play, and the cats were very agitated that day. Then the last day, today, I dropped a friend at work after feeding them, and they were fine. I got back and all but two tetras were dead. Even the snails and cats. I watched one tetra slowly sink to the bottom and stop breathing. I decided at that time to take the financial and familial loss and just chuck everything for the tank set up into the dumpster. I will take the financial loss, but Petco now knows their sick fish caused all of this. Stay away from the live critter sales.

I went there and on a fish tank there was a marking with reward card ten dollars got up to the register and it rang up,20 all they could say was that somebody must have priced it wrong or stuck it on the wrong tank. me i feel thats false advertising and there employees should pay careful attetion..that will be one store that won't get my buisness anymore..
