Horrible customer service, they are exstreamly unprofessional, and do not care for the animals , they have dead fish contantly floating in their tanks

On 8-28-15 we went to this Petco to buy cat food. According to a sign on the shelf, the cat food we wanted to buy was on sale at 11.99 a bag. We bought 2 bags. When we received our receipt, we noticed that we were charged 14.99 per bag. We brought this to the cashiers attention and she said that it wasn't on sale. We told her about the sign by the bag. She took the manager back to where it was posted and came back and said that since it was still posted they would give it to us at the sale price. They then issued us a credit on the charge card that we used.



When I got my CC statement the next month, neither the charge or the credit was on the statement. Finally the charge was processed on the following statement, but the credit was not there. I called customer service and first they tried to tell me that it wasn't on sale so they couldn't give me the credit. I explained that I have paperwork that says they gave me a credit on my cc, only it never showed on the statement. I also implied that I thought it would be illegal for them to issue a credit and not turn it in to American Express. The CS lady said that she would issue me the credit and that it would take 5-7 days for verification. Well, I just got my statement for this month and the credit still isn't there. I thought it would be illegal to issue someone credit and then not turning it in.
