        Overall

        Like other reviews I saw on Yelp, we had the same problem with the head groomer...Rob. He's abusive to dogs and should be locked up. We told him that our 11 year old Labradoodle had bad hips and to be careful with her. However he was abusive to her as well. He made her stand until her back legs were giving out, and every time she tried to sit, he would give her an upward karate chop to her stomach. We got her out of there, we had to carry her to the car, and her hips were damaged beyond repair. Before we brought her there she was still able to take long walks, and could even run a little. Now she can't walk on her hind legs for more than about 30 feet, and we've got her on expensive pain medicine. It's been 6 months and she's never recovered...she's in pain every day.



        Complete scum bag...
