        Overall

        I already had 12 years of meditation experience before I ever went to a Kadampa Meditation Center, so I had already done a lot of work to improve my state of mind. That said, just like the title of one of their books, "Transform Your Life," the place has indeed transformed my life. The time I spend there is the most extremely productive use of my time, ever, for these practices are highly effective.
