        Don't go there! The salon manager is rude to customers and employees. She has little if any knowledge of grooming and tells the girls how to cut them and what services she wants done to them not caring what the clients want. The good groomers have left and the rest will probably be out the door shortly. My small dog came out half cut and cut the way they wanted not the way I asked her to be cut. Very poor example for a grooming salon. Very poor management.

        never go here!

        I wanted a trim on my shizu and they shaved everything even it's tail! my dog came out limping. I took it to the vet the next day and its leg had a clean break.my dog was perfectly fine when I dropped it off!

        I have been using Petsmart in Prattville since they opened. I started taking my little dog to Jackie in the Grooming Salon over 3 years ago. I had never been able to find anyone to groom her because she's an extremely nervous little dog. She took to Jackie right away. I was always more than satisfied with the grooming she done and my little precious dog always seemed to love her. My baby always came home smelling and looking wonderful with beautiful bows in her hair that Jackie also made. Jackie hasn't been working there for quite some time (due to hand injury) and we miss her terribly!! Hurry back Jackie!!!!!

        The PetSmart in Prattville, Alabama is outstanding. I have never seen the quality of service that they provide anywhere else. The cashiers and sales personnel are most helpful. The dog training classes with Jackie are excellent. Most importantly, the grooming department is outstanding, especially Wendy. I would rate it 5+++ stars!
