This store is my favorite pet store. You walk in and they always greet you. Prices are great. They really know what their talking about.

This is one of my favorite pet store, ever. The staff knows their stuff. This is the place to go!! I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

The personal service was great. We had a shopping list and a girl behind the counter walked us around and personally helped us find everything. This pet store has everything you will need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Pet Station!

The store is clean with great customer service, and great pets to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sales associate was very helpful and made me regular customer with her service. I will not go any elsewhere.

this place was FINALLY SHUT DOWN TODAY!! ive worked two stores down for almost three years now, and have seen and been told about numerous dead puppies and kittens in the alleys in between walgreens and the gin mill. there was even a dead python in the wintertime.. when the dogs die they just dump them in the alley. its sad. i hope that s..o.b. does jail time.

One of our favorite places in town. We take our puppy there all the time. We buy all of our dog and cat stuff there. They carry only the best on healthy pet food and snacks. Prices are also hard to beat.

I really like coming to pet station. I can just go in there see all of the puppies, kittens, and more. I just wanted to compliment you on the cleanliness of the store. The birds are so tame and beautiful.

I have been going here since I moved to this area. They have a great variety of pets. I bought some tropical fishes for them and nice people that work there are very nice.

We love dogs, and we bought our puppies here. We like how it's just close to our house! We also buy our dogs food here not only because it's healthier for our buddy but it's always great to support your local business. Stop on by, the staff is also very helpful in answering any questions you may have!

I really like the cute puppies they have here. I am suppose to get one real soon. I can't wait!

They have a great selection at Pet Station. I like to go in and just look at the fishes sometimes! I like the nemo looking fish!

I purchased a Pomeranian from the Pet Station and the experience has been nothing but awesome. I called the pet store before I went and spoke with the owner Randy and I told him what I was looking for. I wanted a female Terrier or a Pom. Well low and behold within the next few days I called back and Randy had exactly what I was looking for. I went into the pet store the following day, and viewed both dogs and instantly fell in love with my Pom. Randy was very informative, and answered all the questions I had about the puppy. I took him to the vet within a week as Randy suggested, and I'm happy to report I have a very healthy, playful puppy, no problems what so ever. I have even taken my puppy back for shots. I would definitely recommend this pet store for anyone looking to purchase a pet. My family absolutely adores our new addition.



I also have to say that Randy asked if I was sure if I wanted such a small dog in the house with kids. If he didn't care he could have easily ignored this and just got my cash, because the bigger dogs were cheaper anyway but he didn't. I assured him we would be careful with our small dog. I purchased a chihuahua in October and I took it for the free checkup they offer and he was healthy and he is updated on his shots and it was for a very good price. I also purchased a 50 gallon tank for a fish set up and i got a very good deal on that too. They have a large selection of salt water and fresh water fish. I love this store, i recommend that everyone comes here.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wife bought a dog from this place and it has been a nightmare ever since. The dogs personality is great, her bill of health how ever is FAR from. The owner gave us falsified "vet" records. Claimed they used a 7-in-1 shot which we later learned doesnt exist. Owner and records also claimed the dog had been dewormed. This too proved to be false as we took her to the vet this store recommends, and she was FULL of worms. She also has terrible kennel cough and now has turned into pneumonia. We just picked her up 4 days ago mind you. The owner urges you to wait 5 days before taking the puppy to the vet for her first check up, which is convenient since if the dog is found to have any health issues after 5 days, we wont give you your money back. They claim these are registered puppies, but once you get the paper work (something the owner will not show you until after you pay) is that these arent AKC puppies. Its some hack "breed tracking club." BEWARE of the vet they send you to. The vet claimed they were not at all affiliated with the pet store, but then went on to say how they do all of his customers first check ups for free and take care of his personal dogs, as long as he reefers his customers to them. My wife has been to this vet since day one. They still dont know for sure whats wrong with the dog. After explaining to my wife how they arent affiliated with this pet store, my wife saw the owner of the pet store in their back room, and once he realized who she was, he darted out the back door. It seems like the pet shop and vet are working together, and that this vet knows and is profiting off of the sale of these known to be sick animals.

My sister-in-law bought my husband a dog from pet station, the dog is great, healthy, and am having no problems with it. They are great with giving my dog his shots, and the staff has been Great!!

I purchased a English Bulldog/Pug mix puppy 2 weeks ago. Max is healty and happy. The service and price was outstanding, Randy gave us a free collar and lease for the puppy. They were very friendly. Randy even told me to come back for Max to have his shot this week. We are very happy with our dog and we are even considering another puppy from them in the future, but Max is a handfull. I was shock by the reviews I read, because I had a completey different experience. Eddie

NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

Bought a min-pin from them 350 dollars and the pup was sick. Had to take him to the vet A W animal hospital and THE VET even said "dont buy any pets from them because there animals are sick." Rex 7 week old pup had kennel cough aka upper respitory infection caused by dirty keeping of the kennels. After a few days of him being sick I thought the coughing and gagging would pass, went back to buy salt water fish. Had no problems with the fish until 2 days ago take in mind the fish were bought less than 3 weeks ago. I asked Ash the owner are you sure that these fish are going to be compatable he said shouldnt have any problems. Well 2 days ago the puffer literally ate the lion fish and dies within 24 hrs, I took the dead puffer and the remains of the lion fish up to the store asking them for a refund or store credit since I was sold for 1 a sick dog and for 2 was told that these fish would be compatible, they basically told me to get F_____! And not to come back!!!! Not only will I report them to city inspectors I will report them to BBB and let EVERYONE I know that PET STATION is BAD BUSINESS. The pup is ok after being on antibiodics for 3 weeks. Thank GOD I would have lost money 350 dollars if he had to be put down due to being so sick. Critters also states that they were in trouble with the city of Dearborn Heights because of the dirty living conditions for the animals. DONT BUY FROM A BUSINESS WHO DOES BAD BUSINESS!!!!! And the fish were worth 60 dollars all over 60 dollars they must be desperate.

A friend of mine referred me to the Pet Station. She bought her dog from there almost a year ago. They told her that if the dog get's sick or has any problems that they would take care of it, they also gave her the name of Vet to take him to. Almost a year later and her dog is happy and healthy. I just bought a dog from there and he is also happy and healthy as well. They told me the very same thing they told my friend. They are also paying for his first check up.. The customer service was great. And they were very friendly. No complaints!!!!!!!

My husband and kids bought a kitten from this place and he was sick and underweight. They had been feeding their kittens adult cat food and the kittens couldn't eat it, so they were licking it! They were starving him! They don't care about the animals and make no effort to take care of them properly. I know they were feeding the kittens adult cat food because they sent a bag of it home with my husband. My cat is healthy now, but if we ever want another pet, I'd go to the Dearborn Animal Shelter.

recently bought a puppie from pet station and he is very healthly and the prices are extremely reasonable . after reading the posts of parvo i wanted to inform other people that they are not true that the puppies were extremelly healthy and happy . i wll recomend anyone to buy there puppies from pet atation
