UNFRIENDLY staff; they gave me salt water instead of the DI I asked for to top off my tank between changes. This must have been done several times to the point that my PH was so high it took three months to get it back to where it should be. I could have understood one mistake but I really felt that it was done deliberately by one of the staff who has been unfriendly to the point of being rude. Although I have bought almost all of my equipment there including tank, live rock, and live sand, fishes; I will not be shopping with them in the future.

We will not be making purchases from this company again. They do not guarantee their fish like the other reputable dealers in the metro area even though they have higher prices. Why would their prices be higher with less service and guarantees? I have also visited their showroom and they have dead and dying fish in their tanks. No wonder they don't want to guarantee. Obviously their livestock is not healthy! Their sales people are also rude, if they are helpful at all.

The staff is not educated and they are unfriendly. Wide selection of diseased fish and they do not stand behind their products.
