I've only went in to Rick's a few times and that was if I wasn't able to get it somewhere else. Every time I go in they act like I'm a bother. I called and had them order a scope mount for me. The woman, Carla, said that they would order one and that it would arrive in a day or so. She took my name and phone number, or so I thought. I went in a week later and it was like I was in the twilight zone. I stood there at the counter and she stood there tending to children that she was watching...no problem. I get that. But then she stood there and looked past my location to watch what the cat was doing! I'm thoroughly confused at this point. I finally am able to receive attention from her and tell her what I'm looking for. She looked for over 5 minutes and finally found the mount. I told her that she had my name and number. She said that she didn't. I went there as well to buy a Hoyt bow. Now I'm going to travel about 40-50 miles away to Sportsmen's Den or to Fin, Feather and Fur. I'm tired of the rudeness. They have lost my business for life.

Bought one handgun from this place. Asked them to locate some 44-40 ammo and said they would call me when it was in. They never called. I went back in and they acted as if I was a bother for them to be in their store. Wife was totally clueless. I asked them again to check on the ammo for me and they said they would and call me. It has been months and I have yet to hear from them. I will NEVER go back. They have lost my business for life. They SUCK! Go somewhere else....

I have purchased a gun and fishing equipment from Rick's. This was around the time they were moving from main st. to newark rd. Rick and his wife were both very knowledgeable and helpful to my bf and myself. I am in the market for another gun and will be returning to Ricks to purchase one as well as to sign up for conceal carry class.

I have purchased one hand gun from Rick's. Been in the store about five times. Each time I felt like it was a bother for someone to wait on me. My money is just as good some where else!

I bought my son a bow for his b-day and the service was ok but when i took him back to get a peep site put in the bow tech. was pretty rude. It was 5:10 pm. and he seemed more concerned about 5:30 rolling around than working, all I know is that he lost my business for good and I was going to buy a shotgun too.
