in Sept 2010, I went in to pick up 3 fish and some snails, but when I walked in the person that I talked to about my tank was not there, I was told he had been fired and the new manager was not helpfull at all. In fact he had rearrange the area so very badly that it took me over 20 min to find what I was looking for. He moved the beta's to top of 2 tanks, so high, it was very hard to see them and i found 4 where dead, this was the first time in all the times I have been going there to shop to find the fish dead. the new manager was not helpful at all to my needs.
