        My $400 shipment of frozen fresh King Crab was delivered by Fed Ex to my address in Florida, and left on the front sidewalk overnight in 80 degree heat, when I wasn't home, with not even a phone call to me to notify me.

        I ordered a holiday gift pack ...

        I ordered a holiday gift pack and had it shipped to a family member. When it got to it's desination, the frozen crab was thawed and the package of halibut wasn't vac-sealed anymore. I spent way too much for the product to be wasted!!
