Petco

I call Petco to see about getting our dog bathed. I talk to one of petco employees for 10 minutes finding out about cost for bath and grooming cost of shampoo. I was told they have bathing station for $12 for people to wash their own dogs. We decided to wash our own dog thinking she be more conforble with us givivg her a bath and not a stranger. We drove 30 miles to get there and go in only to be told we cannot wash her because we didn't bring her vet. papers with. We use a traveling vet. so we couldn't call the vet. Our dog had her rabbi tag on her collar but they needed paper. we were never told on the phone we needed paper. If Petco is worry about dog bites they need to check every dog that comes into the store with people shopping and make sure they have all of their shots. We will never shop at Petco again. PETMART is our new supplyer for are dogs and cats!!!! We will never shop at petco again!!!!
