        Took my yorkiepoo puppy twice. First time, fine. Second time, I was charged for all kinds of upgrades and still left with a puppy with mats here and there and long nails. I don't even feel that they did anything besides bathe and blowdry her and I paid almost $40. Besides that, the groomer lectured me on how I needed to get her to behave better because she didn't like the clippers. Personally, I feel that is up to the groomer to calm the dog and make them comfortable. I do not appreciate being lectured. Since then, I have driven an extra 20 minutes to take her to Petsmart VA Beach. The groomers there are SO much nicer and more thorough.

        I love taking my dog into the grooming part of petsmart the salon manager is so sweet. All the girls are helpful with questions I have and never give me an attitude like other petsmarts have.. I wont go anywhere else:)

        I took my dog to be groomed and I could not believe what I say when I picked him up. My poor cockapoo looked terrible. It looked as though they used a blow dryer to straighten his hair which is curly. He wasn't the cute little puppy I dropped off. Like a hairdresser you only get 1 chance with me....I won't be back.
